Virtual Office Hours

The TLT Canvas Instructional Support Team offers Virtual Office Hours (VOH) for faculty and staff who need Canvas assistance. VOH hours are available from:

  • 9 a.m.-noon Monday and Friday

Please note: The Instructional Support Team may be able to accommodate needs outside of these office hours. Please email with requested days and times.

The sessions are conducted in Zoom, an online meeting tool similar to Adobe Connect, and are available for faculty at all locations.

  • Is this the best way to design my course in Canvas?
  • I’m trying to create a master course, but do I need one?

Faculty requesting assistance that requires more time than a 30-minute session can schedule a future session or discuss extending the session with the Canvas team member. In some cases, the support team may connect faculty with other resources.
