Canvas Enhancements
Improving Canvas for Penn State
Below is a list of enhncements proposed by faculty, staff and students at Penn State. These enhancements are improvements to existing Penn State built/supported tools in Canvas. This is not a list of enhancements shared with Instructure (the company that built Canvas). There may be items on this list that cross over, where Penn State is building or extending tools within Canvas that are built by Instructure.

| Non-credit student profiles in Canvas are being populated with erroneous email addresses by picking up the Fiends at PSU account and adding '@psu.edu.' These non-credit students do NOT have PSU emails. | Learning students' names would be a lot easier if we could see students' official PSU photo in "attendance" rather than an avatar that students upload (or don't). If possible, could you please make that happen? | Faculty | Not Under Development | Not supported in Canvas Attendance Tool. |
